The man from Traun crashed into the street around 11:40 p.m Weidfeldstrasse with his car so hard against a car half parked on the street that his own car came to rest on its side. When emergency services arrived, he had already fled the scene.
The police investigated the 45-year-old less later. The officials used the number plate to identify the owner of the car and drove to his address.
