The 18-year-old from Prambachkirchen (district Eferding) hit the police officer in the face with the back of her hand during an official act. Her nose broke and she also suffered a hematoma. The injured police officer was taken to the hospital.
The girls confessed during the interrogation, but by no means remorseful. As a motive, the 18-year-old stated that she wanted to see her boyfriend, who was being treated by the police at the time. The accused – she is known to the authorities – was transferred to the Linz prison by order of the Linz public prosecutor’s office.
