Tommy Preining drives against Valentino Rossi

At the 12-hour race in Bathurst (Australia), Linz Porsche works driver Tommy Preining starts the season this weekend.

The starting field of 28 cars includes a prominent career changer from motorcycling: nine-time MotoGP champion Valentino Rossi will drive a BMW 4 GT3.

A second Upper Austrian is also at the start alongside Preining: an Australian team is using a KTM X-Bow GT.
