ENNS. On the site at Ennser Forstbergstrasse 1, there are signs of change: the existing buildings there are to be demolished for the “Dragoner Allee” project by Urbanica Stadtentwicklungs GmbH. A ring-shaped complex with an underground car park is to be built in its place.
A local supplier, a hotel with 50 to 80 rooms plus a restaurant and 31 apartments are to be located there. A green roof and a multifunctional interior space are also planned. The Mayor of Enns, Christian Deleja-Hotko (SP), sees great potential in the project, especially in terms of strengthening the tourist offer in the city.
