Relegation-threatened Leeds United (17th) separates from Jesse Marsch. The American had taken over the first division almost a year ago.
The club pulled the ripcord after seven winless league games in a row. Under the ex-Salzburg coach, several players from the Mozart city found their way to Leeds. Among them was ÖFB team defender Maximilian Wöber, who only moved to the island in January.
Marsch looked after Salzburg from 2019 to 2021 before moving to Leipzig.
