The car was parked in the underground car park of a hotel in the Rohrbach district. While the 19-year-old was searching the car, he was noticed by a hotel employee. The young suspect, who had a relevant criminal record, was finally found and checked by a police patrol at the train station in Aigen-Schlägl.
He was arrested and transferred to Linz Prison. It did not confess and said it found the items at the train station and put them on because of the cold.
