Brutal scenes took place on Monday around 5:20 p.m. on Roseggerstrasse in Wels. An 18-year-old student was on his way home when a black car – police say it was a Ford Galaxy – pulled up next to the young Ghanaian. The occupants jumped out and charged the 18-year-old, leaving him with a lacerated lower lip.
The attackers got back in the car and drove away. So far they have not been found, the police are asking observers to call 059133 4192 (Inspection Wels – Inner City). At the time of the crime, there should have been a lot of traffic in Roseggerstraße.
