4,000 units were launched in Montevideo and more than half were promoted homes
As regards units launched, it is estimated that during 2022 some 4,000 only in Montevideo, above the records of 2021 and 2012, which remained the best year to date in regards to these properties.
Of that total, Just taking the first semester, some 2,500 properties were launchedrecord levels for the period 2010-2022, and something that exceeded the expectations held by the real estate market, in regards to supply and demand.
Likewise, of all the homes launched in the capital of the country during 2022, 53% were promoted homes. This figure continues with the trend of 2021, where it was 55%, and is far from the maximums and minimums, of 74% and 38%, in 2016 and 2019, respectively. During the second half of last year, meanwhile, a total of 890 promoted homes were launched.
The ranking of the Montevideo neighborhoods with the highest sales of new homes
Cord was positioned as the Montevidean neighborhood that registered the largest number of new units launched on the market, as well as the largest number of completed businesses, with more than 500 new homes sold.
Second place, both in launches and in sales, was occupied by little bits with a fifty% launches in relation to Cordón, and more than 500 new units sold. After these neighborhoods, there are Malvin, Palermoand Punta Carretasfollowed by South Quarter, Center, three crossesand Union.
