Climate activists glued themselves to the red carpet at the Berlinale

A young man and a young woman were sitting there when the participants in the opening ceremony were already in the building. There were no major disturbances, but there were a few shouts of protest.

According to a statement from the group, the two activists had overcome a barrier. The “Last Generation” calls for a radical climate change. Activists also tape themselves to the streets to disrupt traffic. Earlier this week, the group launched an action in the Austrian capital, Vienna.
