As soon as the police arrived in front of the toilet, they noticed a clear smell of cannabis. After several calls, the 24-year-old, who had no permanent home, came out. He behaved aggressively and uncooperatively, shouting and insulting the police officers. He showed officers that he had narcotics on him, but refused to give it to them.
After attempting to attack a police officer, the suspect was arrested. He fought back vehemently and injured an officer at hand. The 24-year-old was transferred to the Wels prison by order of the Wels public prosecutor’s office.
