The registry office and citizenship association bundles all civil status tasks in the Sterngartl communities of Bad Leonfelden, Hellmonsödt, Oberneukirchen, Reichenthal, Schenkenfelden, Vorderweißenbach and Zwettl/Rodl.
In 2022, there will be 100 marriages, seven birth certificates and 121 deaths recorded.
While current concerns always have top priority, we are also pleased that progress is being made in the subsequent entry of civil status books. Last year, 968 procedures were already recorded in the system. The aim of the digital feed is to make the civil status data of all citizens electronically accessible in the near future and to enable the immediate printing of documents.
In order to ensure professional processing, the employees attended specialist conferences, training courses and seminars. Thanks to the friendly exchange, many work processes have already been optimized over the four years of cooperation.
