Animal rescue was called to downtown Linz on Monday night for an emergency. There, the organization’s employees found a Chihuahua lady with abrasions on her paws, torn claws, constrictions on her legs and injuries in the genital area. The rescuers were able to revive the little dog and stabilize her enough to be transported and handed over to the emergency vet, but she had to be euthanized due to the severity of the injuries.
The owners of the little dog told animal rescuers that the Chihuahua was in the care of friends and was returned in an injured state. However, the exact course of events is still unclear. Animal rescue reports.
