A 29-year-old car driving in front of the 34-year-old had to brake due to traffic. The woman was then unable to brake in time and steered into the oncoming lane to prevent a rear-end collision. She bumped into an oncoming car driven by a 57-year-old German.
The mother and children were taken to the Salzburg Accident Hospital, the Innsbruck Clinic and the St. Johann in Tirol Hospital. The 57-year-old and her 58-year-old passenger were injured and taken to the Zell am See hospital in Pinzgau, while the 29-year-old was taken to the St. Johann hospital with minor injuries.
