The members of the St. Marienkirchen theater group are currently rehearsing diligently for their current play “Damn, the old people burn through” by Martina Göhring. The premiere is on March 31st.
About the content: In the “Leuhmühle” senior citizens’ residence, the intrepid Ms. Huber encourages her roommates to take part in a pop song casting in Vienna, even if some of them are already a little “beaten up”. But the prize is a trip to the Caribbean and everyone wants to be there! This plan meets with massive resistance from the strict director of the home, Ms. Nagl, and Oliver, who is entitled to inherit, is not enthusiastic about his uncle’s boost in vitality either. But nobody expected the new, smart carer Mustafa, who has a heart for the adventurous oldies – and so it comes as it must, the seniors start their great adventure…
