The vacancy lasted only briefly after the retirement of Günter Krämer, who had run “Krämers Würstelstand” at Hessenplatz since 2009. He is followed by restaurateur Hoai Van Do, who will be offering light Asian cuisine at “MR.DO’S”, including wok dishes, baguettes, grilled meat and various side dishes such as rice and salad. There are also drinks for takeaway, including coffee-to-go and a delivery service.

“Long Term Revival”
Do is no stranger. He already runs the Vietnamese restaurant “Lily’s Kitchen” in the old town. Property officer City Councilor Dietmar Prammer (SP) expects the new tenant to bring long-term revival and a good range of culinary delights. The planned opening hours of his new restaurant “MR.DO’S” on Hessenplatz are Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., no days off are planned for the time being.
