That doesn’t happen to the police every day either: after he is said to have received an SMS that the police were looking for him, a 23-year-old drove to the Mondsee police station on Sunday evening. As soon as he entered the car park, the driver noticed his conspicuous driving style. At the inspection, the young man from the Vöcklabruck district stated that a friend had informed him that he was wanted – but this was quickly refuted by the police officers. However, because he made confused statements and stood in front of them with red eyes, the officials asked the 23-year-old for a voluntary rapid drug test – which was positive. The young man also agreed to a further examination by a doctor – it was found that he was not fit to drive. He then lost his driver’s license and car keys. He is shown.
