According to the official, it is necessary to wait a while for more and more rains to be able to think about overcoming the water deficit that the Uruguayan territory is experiencing. “The situation of extreme dryness is beginning to be resolved, but some effects of the water deficit are delayed,” Buffa remarked on the Arriba Gente program on channel 10.
The official referred to fodder for animals as one of the effects that will be seen in the long term due to the drought.
