In the labor agreement of the ÖVP and FPÖ in Lower Austria, the topic of Corona plays an important role. The point comes first in the 36-page paper, and Covid was also the focus of the negotiations. It is now planned in the federal state that unconstitutional Covid penalties will be repaid. A 30 million fund will be set up for two years. It was also agreed that the country would not carry out any further advertising measures for the corona vaccination.
In a new Unique Research survey for “profil”, 50 percent are against the plan of the Lower Austrian state government to repay corona penalties and 42 percent are in favor. Four out of five FPÖ voters are in favor of repayment, the majority of sympathizers of the other parties reject such a measure.
