With Viktoria Stranzinger, a new board of directors stood for election, which is now more than 50 percent female. It is important to make the professions of cook, but also pastry chef and confectioner more appealing to young people and to give them an understanding of an apprenticeship in gastronomy. Joint company tours and cooperations are planned, as well as unusual workshops and cooking courses for young people in the catering trade.
