BAD LEONFELDEN. The “Sternsteinhof” beauty farm in Bad Leonfelden will have a new owner and operator from May 1st: The Hochreiter Group, also from Bad Leonfelden, will buy the property – and Magdalena Hochreiter will be responsible for the operative business in the future.
The “Sternsteinhof” has been offering a comprehensive range of services for female guests for more than 25 years: beauty and wellness are just as important as health and time-out offers. The corporate philosophy developed by the previous boss Günter Riepl and practiced with a lot of commitment will also remain in place in the future: “The new operator, as the leaseholder of the property, will continue to offer the many regular guests and the local population the Sternsteinhof that we have known up to now”, says Wolfgang Hochreiter, owner of the Hochreiter Group.
Restaurant operation in winter
This also includes the continuation of the restaurant and catering business in the winter months, which is of essential importance for the Sternstein lifts – which are, so to speak, on the doorstep. “We are glad that we can continue to offer our guests the gastronomic infrastructure that we need as a popular local ski area,” says Lift Managing Director Andreas Eckerstorfer, who is satisfied with the solution that has now been found.
The new operator Magdalena Hochreiter is the niece of Wolfgang Hochreiter and previously worked in the Hochreiter health group. There will also be extensive cooperation with this: The “Sternsteinhof” supplements the offers of the Vortuna in Bad Leonfelden, the rehabilitation center “Am Kogl” in St. Georgen im Attergau and the “Auszeit” in St. Lambrecht in Styria. “We will now integrate the Sternsteinhof into our portfolio and use the synergies accordingly,” says Wolfgang Hochreiter.
