A 34-year-old and his 35-year-old ex-wife reported to the police by telephone at 0:15 a.m. on Saturday that the current 43-year-old partner, drunk, wanted to drive away after an argument. When the patrol arrived, the two said that the man had run away and hidden after noticing that the police had been called. The 35-year-old said she saw him run to an impassable 10-meter-deep embankment. She suspects that he fell down or that he might have fallen into the Enns. He can’t be reached on his cell phone because the battery is dead.

The search operation with the participation of the FF Enns with a total of 18 men along the Enns was broken off at 2:45 a.m. without result, especially since the 43-year-old also wrote an SMS to the 34-year-old at 2:07 a.m. An accident could thus be ruled out. At 3:12 a.m., the missing person texted a police officer from the Enns police station that he was fine.
