Thousands of young doctors started on Tuesday four day strike in England to claim better salaries in the middle of the cost of living crisisa protest that puts pressure on a health service already exhausted.
“This is the most disturbing mobilization in the history of nhs (the public health service), and the strikes will cause enormous pressure,” said stephen powismedical director of nhs england.

According to NHS Confederationthe body representing health professionals, could be postponed until 350,000 non-urgent appointments. Meanwhile, the young doctors had already been on strike for three days last month, affecting 175,000 citations.
