The percentage of people who are very informed or quite informed is the 22% of Uruguayans, that is, one in five citizens. On the other hand, people who claim to be poorly informed belong to 53% of the population, while the 23% say they are not informed. As for the electorate of the Broad Front, among those who decide to take a position, they are totally against it, according to the director of Opción Consultores. On the other hand, within the coalition voters, opinions are divided since the 36% approve the reform and the 28% disapprove.
According to Porzekanski, the bill became a “coalition headache” and that the coalition is currently “at its most difficult moment” since its formation.
