After a report, an alcoholic driver was picked up in Leonding on Tuesday: someone had informed the police that the 59-year-old was driving under the influence of alcohol. The officials were able to locate the man in his apartment in Leonding. They already found that they were clearly under the influence of alcohol, which was confirmed by an alcohol test: the man had 2.5 per thousand alcohol in his blood.

The 59-year-old admitted that he had just been driving, but later denied it. The man lost his driver’s license for the time being. But he would have had to hand it in anyway – the officials found out in the course of the investigation that a corresponding decision had already been received from the Linz-Land district authority.

The 59-year-old may not have agreed with the official act – he became more and more aggressive and tried to force the police officers out of the apartment.

It is shown multiple times.
