A 26-year-old was also under the influence of drugs. The officers stopped him because of “his rapid driving style,” according to the police report. He also showed clear signs of an addictive substance impairment, but did not want to undergo a clinical examination. His driver’s license was taken away from him.
An 18-year-old, who wanted to flee from the police with a moped that was not roadworthy, and a 31-year-old Hungarian, whose car registration had expired, did not have a valid driving license at all. In both cases, the number plates were removed, the police said on Wednesday evening.
