What is the explanation of SpaceX

Quickly, Elon Musk’s aerospace company explained the reasons for the explosion: “As if the flight test was not exciting enough, Starship experienced a rapid teardown not scheduled before the separation of the stage”.

“With a test like this, success comes from what we learn, and today’s test will help us improve the reliability of Starship as SpaceX seeks to make life multiplanetary,” he added.

In addition, from the official SpaceX account on Twitter they assured a new attempt in the future: “The teams will continue to review the data and work toward our next flight test.. Congratulations to the entire SpaceX team on an exciting first integrated Starship flight test!”

Characteristics of the “most powerful rocket in the world”

With its height of 120 meters, Starship belongs to the category of super-heavy launchers, capable of transporting more than 100 tons of cargo to orbit. Its takeoff power must be more than double that of the legendary Saturn V, the rocket of the famous Apollo lunar program (111 meters).

Starship consists of a reusable capsule about 50 meters high that carries the team and the cargo located on top of the first stage Super Heavy propellant, about 70 meters.

Elon Musk referred to the takeoff days ago, which was postponed last Monday, and assured what the ship’s challenge was: “If we get far enough from the platform before something goes wrong, then I think I could consider it a success. The payload of this mission is information, which will help improve the design of future Starship builds.”
