UI bonds appreciated up to 1.31%

He AFAP Republic Weekly Monitor showed a bullish behavior for all the global bonds in UI, being the one that registered the greatest increase 2037 with a rise of 1.31% and an internal rate of return (IRR) of 3.4%.

The bonus in IU 2028 rose 0.33% with an IRR of 3.2%; he 2030 0.67% did so with an IRR of 3.3%; and the 2040 marked an increase of 1.13% with a rate of return of 3.4%. Title 2027 did not show variation.

While, sovereign bonds in dollars showed a fall in all their optionsthe highest being that of 2045, which reached 0.94%.

He BIIC 2034the bond indexed to weather indicators that put Uruguay at the forefront of this type of instrument, fell 0.68%.

The market had anticipated a move towards UI instruments, tied to the inflation, after the BCU reduced the monetary policy rate by 25 points to 11.25% last Wednesday. Inflationary expectations remain high among financial agents, who placed it at 7.72% by the end of the year, far from the BCU’s target range of 3-6%.

In regards to Risk country rose one point to settle at 92, while the IBI it fell 14 points to 153, reported República AFAP.
