A comment under an irrelevant video on the TikTok platform prompted a 20-year-old Gmundner to make a death threat on Sunday. His ex-girlfriend created the video and it was commented on by a 17-year-old from Pinsdorf.
The Gmundner therefore suspected closer contact with his former girlfriend and sent his supposed successor two videos. In it he handled a handgun that looked deceptively real and threatened to kill Pinsdorfer. The 17-year-old filed a complaint, the Cobra task force arrived and arrested the 20-year-old.
The young man confesses that he said he shot the videos for a 16-year-old friend in Linz. The gun also belongs to him. A house search in Linz was unsuccessful. The 20-year-old was transferred to the Wels prison, and the 16-year-old was reported for possessing a weapon.
