The airlines believe that there will be a safer and more technological way to keep them in the right direction, other than with a professional in charge.
The proposals, in this case, are the following:
- Eliminate front windows and equip pilots with a helmet that allows them to see in real time in all directions thanks to six infrared cameras mounted on the aircraft
- Move the cockpit to the middle where the pilots would work in a multimedia center futuristic surrounded by screens and projections that reconstruct in real time and in 3D, what is happening outside
In this way, costs could be reduced, since the large front windows imply greater fuel consumption.
Those traveling in first class may have live information through the screens. As well as they can save images and data on your device via Bluetooth.
Another alternative designed for passengers is the creation of adaptable and private modular cabins to hold meetings and even sleep more comfortably.
The robot will offer the food by automatically walking around the cabin.
Immersive entertainment on board
The seats will be equipped with a virtual reality headset to provide an immersive experience.
The system will be thought to be combined with motion capture gloves, a virtual keyboard so that travelers can work and air conditioning for greater comfort.
