The accused Austrian with a migration background already has a relevant criminal record for violent and property crimes. And now there are likely to be more entries in the criminal record. The indictment lists aggravated robbery, rape and more than two dozen burglaries, as a spokesman for the Linz Regional Court said at the request of nachrichten.at.
The rape he is accused of happened in January 2019. He had met a woman through social media. They arranged a meeting on the night of the crime, she should pick him up.
