German team player and TV presenter mourn the baby

Fateful stroke of fate for the German national player Jonas Hofmann: The 30-year-old Mönchengladbach professional and his fiancee, Sky presenter Laura Winter, mourn their unborn baby.

“I thought for a long time whether I should say something. Do I have to say something? We had to say goodbye to our little darling a few weeks ago, completely unexpectedly. Thank you to everyone who is thinking of us. And thank you for your understanding that we will not comment further on this,” Winter posted on her Instagram page on Tuesday.

The tragedy happened about a month ago. Hofmann missed a few days of training after the derby in Cologne (0-0) for “private reasons” to support his great love in Munich.

Hofmann and Sky presenter Winter have been a couple since 2021, and they announced their engagement six months ago.
