With 64 rooms, half of them single rooms, the hotel is one of the largest in the region. Owner and hotel director Adem Ucan is quite satisfied with the frequency in the first few months. “I noticed that there was a need for another hotel in Braunau. That’s how it came about,” says Ucan.
The lack of experience was made up for with commitment and diligence. “We coped well with the initial phase. During the week, the hotel is usually 80 or 90 percent fully booked, and most of these are business customers.”
The hotelier is also quite confident for the upcoming summer months. “The booking situation, especially on the weekends, is good,” says Ucan. Among them are many bicycle tourists, and the Hofinger riding tournaments are also a source of frequency.
