The Mühlviertler Rallycross ace Alois Höller continues in rapid succession. With the race in Sedlcany, Czech Republic, on June 10th and 11th, 2023, both the Central European Championship and the Austrian Championship will enter the next round. The route lies between Prague and Budweis and is exactly to the taste of the Mühlviertel record champion. “The track is good for me, the starting straight is relatively short and there is a lot of gravel,” says Höller. Last year, the ambitious Mühlviertler just missed out on the triumph, this year the first win of the season should be possible with improved technology. His fiercest rivals will once again be the three-time Central European Champion Zbigniew Staniszewski from Poland and the former European Autocross Champion Ales Fucik from the Czech Republic. With Johann Weidinger and Gerald Eder there are also Austrian rivals for the day’s victory.
After the mixed races in Styria, Höller is in third place in both championships, but still has his sights set on the top. “I hope that we were able to solve the problems from Hartberg and that it stays dry this time,” says Höller, describing his wishes for the race.
