According to eyewitnesses, the two fatalities are a young woman and a young man. A fellow student told the Telegraph newspaper that the two were on their way home from a party early in the morning. The student association canceled the prom planned for Tuesday evening. A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder after three people were killed and three others injured at three crime scenes.
