At the beginning of the season, state councilor Michaela Langer-Weninger visited the Bohemian Forest School in Ulrichsberg. She was accompanied by the chairman of the Bohemian Forest School Wilbirg Mitterlehner and the state forest director Elfriede Moser. The provincial councilor was impressed by the numerous offers of the Bohemian Forest School for first-hand forest experiences. The past year has been the most successful since 2000, when the Bohemian Forest School in the woods of the Premonstratensian monastery of Schlägl opened its doors to a wide variety of groups for the first time. More than 5000 visitors experienced exciting forest secrets at more than 380 events. The team at the Bohemian Forest School is not only happy about the visit of the regional councillor, but also about each and every individual who would like to experience the numerous offers, accompanied by the forest educators, and the Bohemian Forest with all their senses.
