The situation finally escalated on Wednesday around 3:45 p.m. When the girls were in the yard with the mother of the 17-year-old, their neighbor sprayed the irritant gas in the face. A little later, officials arrested the accused in front of the stairs of the house.
An alcohol test carried out failed, according to spokesman Markus Dittrich. The questioning of the woman was still pending due to the apparently heavy alcohol consumption. The police couldn’t find the pepper spray.
