Beverage sales increased 14.8% year-on-year

Members of Cambadu affirmed that they are given between 30% and 40% of what they sold historically. In addition, consumption is greater: “What used to last a week now lasts two and a half days. There are three or four days that we don’t have products left.” However, they admitted that “a lot of good quality water from the interior entered, with bromatological qualifications, which make up for the lack of traditional products.”

Ursea alerted about breaches in OSE water

It is that, in the midst of the water emergency, ursea recently warned of several breaches in the supply of OSE in the metropolitan area. In a survey, the agency identified values ​​of trihalomethanes, chloride, sodium, TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) and conductivity above the maximum authorized by the MSP.

In addition, he warned about “nonconforming values” of iron in some points of the OSE network, for which analysis and monitoring actions were implemented. In addition, Ursea detected in other points “specific breaches in the parameter turbidity” and a “microbiological breach” with the presence of total coliforms (bacteria).
