A woman revealed that she was declared “dead” for three minutes after battling heat stroke, and now claims the watches “stop ticking” every time she wears them, in a video she posted on TikTokand it went viral immediately.

When Jade visits a friend on a relaxing summer afternoon, she doesn’t expect her life to be on the line just hours later. Yeah remember the heat in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USAreaching 32 degrees and with high humidity, this made the temperature “unbearable”.

Soon, she said, she began experiencing frequent bouts of nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and exhaustion that caused her to collapse on the living room sofa.

The 36-year-old woman was rushed to hospital, doctors pronounced her dead for three minutes, saying the culprit was a “heatstroke”.

Shared her story to raise awareness

Now, in an attempt to raise awareness, she shared her story on TikTokracking up 191,000 views and more than 20,000 likes, and says the experience has made her “unafraid” of death.

“I had experienced extreme fear of dying before this incident, but when it actually happened, I had no fear,” the Wisconsin content creator told NeedToKnow.co.uk.

“I remember constantly feeling gross and really gross. He was exhausted, lethargic and sick to his stomach, his mouth completely dry.

“I went out for a smoke and by the time I was done and stood up, I knew I was in trouble. My priority immediately became getting back in and I don’t think at that point I understood that I was dying, but I did understand that I was sinking.”

Jade remembers stumbling into the apartment and collapsing on the couch, before making a gurgling sound.

She said: “It must have all happened in a matter of moments, but it felt like so much longer and this deep feeling of utter sickness hit me like a ton of bricks.

“My head felt like it was inflating, but my whole body felt like it was shrinking. I had never known anything like it before. It made me feel completely okay with death because I wanted to sleep forever.

“Then everything went black and that was the moment I knew I was about to die.”

Jade was rushed to St Vincent’s hospital by ambulance, where she was revived via a defibrillator.

As he arrived, he blacked out and lost consciousness, but he had head imaging tests, blood tests, and EKGs, a test to check his heart rhythm.

Over the next four days, she received injections to prevent blood clots, and soon, doctors told her she had been pronounced “dead” for three minutes upon arrival with heat stroke.

In the clip, he talks about his history and the “strange” events that have occurred since then.
