The 42-year-old was driving around 9 a.m. on the A1, the West Autobahn, towards Salzburg. At Vorchdorf he left the autobahn. A patrol from the Seewalchen Motorway Police Inspectorate carried out status checks in the control bay of the exit. It quickly became clear that the 42-year-old driver from Steinhaus near Wels had never obtained a driver’s license. In addition, officers determined that the driver was affected by drugs. A drug test was positive. The man refused to be presented to the medical officer. The driver, who was transporting his five-year-old son in a child seat on the back seat, was forbidden to continue driving and was reported to the district authority several times.
