The checks focused primarily on speed measurements, the driving ban for trucks over 3.5 tons and the completeness of the equipment, compliance with the seat belt requirement and the use of mobile phones at the wheel.
17 drivers were fined in the course of the driver and vehicle checks on site, and a further 16 drivers were reported to the BH Braunau. A total of 18 trucks were checked during the inspection of the truck driving ban, and violations were found in two foreign trucks.
