Another victim is apparently a young woman who was sexually abused around a festival in Prague this June.
In the early hours of June 17, the man is said to have attacked and raped a young woman in the Letna district of Prague. The tourist is said to have attended a music event at the Prague Metronome the night before before he went to the Stefanik Bridge and is said to have approached women there. Czech police found out that he had subsequently traveled to Austria.
In the course of the investigation, suspicion fell on the Portuguese living in Linz. The crime department of the Linz police was also on the trail of the man, because he may have passed on a homeless person in the Upper Austrian capital three years ago.
