Exciting play and movement stations as well as all kinds of regional delicacies were enjoyed by numerous families on Sunday at the “Adventure Nature Park Family Picnic” around the Großdöllnerhof open-air museum in Rechberg.
The children eagerly collected stamps at the stations around the leading animals of the Mühlviertel Nature Park. On the Hoanzlgoas, Willi Katteneder helped the visitors to try their hand at old handicrafts and the fairy tale witch Helene carried them off into the exciting adventures of the “Quendelhexe”. The “Stone Trail Quiz” tested knowledge about the geology of Upper Austria. Dexterity and good coordination were again required in the motor skills games of the “Adventure Family” association.
As a guest of honor, the nature conservation officer responsible for the nature parks in Upper Austria equipped LH-Stv. Manfred Haimbuchner (FP) pays a visit to the festival. The Rechberg clubs provided the guests with regional delicacies and the group “Brass Zell” from the Bad Zell music club contributed to the musical entertainment.
