Jakob and the traditional Innviertler club were inextricably linked for decades. Jakob was active for the “Red Devils” for more than 65 years. As early as 1956 he was a member of the fighting team in what was then 2nd class C. After he had ended his active career, Jakob took over the position of section head in 1976, which he held for 13 years. He was then involved in club life for decades as a member of the advisory board and as groundskeeper. For years he waged a battle against an insidious disease. Now he has lost it and leaves a big gap in the family of the traditional club.
