Would you like to travel around the world without having to go far? Anyone who has ever toyed with this idea and associates traveling with pleasure will be in the right place in Wels this coming weekend. The “European Street Food Festival” will be making a guest appearance in the trade fair city on July 22nd and 23rd and has chosen a new location for it: for the first time, the popular gourmet festival will take place on the outdoor area of the Shoppingcity Wels.
New location, tried and tested offer – the “European Street Food Festival” could be reduced to this simple denominator. Dozens of stands, exhibitors, chefs, food trailers and trucks from all over the world will be “at anchor” in Wels for two days to bring delicacies from all over the world to and among the people. As always, the palette is colorful and multifaceted, ranging from Mexican to Norwegian, from Indian to American (greetings from Burger-Land), serves cooked and grilled dishes, meaty and vegetarian dishes, does not shy away from vegan delights and gives all friends of sweets delicacies such as mini donuts, waffles or crêpes.
Of course, delicacies from local kitchens are also served at the “European Street Food Festival”. What is particularly important to the organizer team around catering professional Jochen Auer from Bad Ischl: All dishes are freshly prepared on the spot. Of course you can also travel around the world with the range of drinks.
The Street Food Festival is open on July 22 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on July 23 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Admission is free.
