The oldest child of Prince William (41) and Princess Kate (41) is ten years old. George is second in line to the British throne. He’s now aware of that, but it wasn’t always like that.
“William and Kate have always wanted to protect the children from the idea that they are royal,” a family friend told British newspaper Fabulous, revealing, “In fact, George didn’t know he was royal for a very long time.” He is said to have only recently found out what an important role he himself has in the royal family. “His parents have now told him that one day he will be king. It was a delicate balancing act to protect his childhood and innocence.”
spaghetti and tennis
The little prince loves sports and spaghetti. The royal has been on the court since he was five and even got tennis lessons from Roger Federer. “His favorite dish is spaghetti carbonara,” revealed a royal chef. George also likes to be in the kitchen himself, as Mama Kate once revealed in an interview.
With Princess Charlotte (8) and Prince Louis (5), Prince George has two bright siblings who, according to palace insiders, are very protective. He is also said to be doing charity work. According to The Telegraph, he held a bake sale during the coronavirus pandemic to support animal welfare organization Tusk.
