The 58-year-old from the Steyr-Land district rode his electric bike downhill around 9:05 p.m. in the Brunngraben district. He got stuck with a pedal on a silo bale parked next to the road and fell.
The man was seriously injured and was taken to Steyr Hospital after first aid by the emergency doctor.
