Nine previous convictions for various violent crimes and three relevant against the prohibition law: The 32-year-old from the Braunau district, who is said to have openly displayed Nazi tattoos in the Braunau outdoor pool, remains in custody for the time being. “There is a risk of repetition,” says prosecutor Alois Ebner.
The Innviertler was presented to the criminal judge today. Accompanied by his lawyer, he made a confession of fact, Ebner explains further. However, he denies any intent to revoke the law. The 32-year-old faces a prison sentence of up to ten years.
