Ever Air Mobility will make electric horizontal takeoff and landing planes 145 kilometers from the city of São Paulo. The first deliveries will be in 2026.
Brazil will have the first factory Latin America of electric planes of horizontal takeoff and landing (eVTOL), the so-called “flying cars”announced the Brazilian company Embraerthe third largest construction company planes of the world.
Embraer subsidiary factory, Ever Air Mobility (Eve), specializing in urban electric flying vehicleswill be located 145 kilometers from the city of São Pauloin Taubaté, one of the districts of the Brazilian aerospace park.
Eve, based in the US state of Florida, is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Embraer holds 82% of the shares.

Eve’s CEO, andre steinassured that the objective of the company is to have production efficiency. A “new assembly line is shipping Projects to prioritize safety, quality, efficiency, productivity and sustainability,” he explained.
For the President and CEO of Embraer, Francisco Gomes Netothere is “huge potential of the global Urban Air Mobility market”says the statement.
Embraer is a private company that in its Defense sector has the participation of the Ministry of Defense of the Brazilian Government.

The governments of former presidents Michel Temer and Jair Bolsonaro authorized the sale of Embraer to the American company Boeingwho withdrew due to financial problems.
The flying cars of Ever Air Mobility
The projected aircraft is 100% electric, battery poweredand initially capable of carrying four passengers plus the pilotfor a distance of up to 100 kilometers.
Meanwhile, the company is already commercially offering its flying vehicles that are still under development. The first deliveries are expected in 2026.
