Gradually, more and more colorful bicycles appear in the abbey and bring summer mood to the streets of Kremsmünster. The splashes of color are lovingly decorated with small flower boxes.
If you take a walk through the town, you can discover the creative eye-catchers. A radiant yellow specimen on the Totenhengst draws the eye to where it all began, to the artist house of the Armbruster family.
Franz de Paul Armbruster is known to many as a grandiose artist and always surprises with special projects. Franziska Armbruster has made a name for herself with her artistic hand for room decoration, stage design and creativity. Inspired by a newspaper report, she implemented the art project “Colorful Bicycles” in keeping with the summer. Now a colorful summer breeze is blowing through the streets of Kremsmünster. It will be interesting to see where one or the other colorful bike will appear.
