“We hear heartbreaking stories about water scarcity and the destruction of families’ livelihoods due to frequent storms, floods and drought, which can lead to life-threatening hunger and malnutrition.” Morley added.

Activists have been denouncing that governments do not appear committed to achieving environmental goals.
